Mr. Sanjay kumar S
Mr. Sanjay Kumar S has completed a B.Tech, (2021) in Chemical Engineering from Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Engineering, Perambalur. He has attended many conferences, workshops, trainings, and seminars at both the national and international levels. He is currently working as a project assistant for a DST-funded project (Science Technology and Innovation Hub in Kattumannar Koil, CD Block, Cuddalore District).
He has worked as a Project Intern (April 2021 to April 2022) at the Centre for Waste Management. During his term he was involved in Lab Scale and Bench Scale Biodiesel Production, Gas Chromatography (YL - Clarity 6500 GC- FID/ TCD) for Fuel and Solvent Compositional Analysis, Biodiesel Characterization for the estimation of density, viscosity, flash point, fire point, cloud point, pour point, calorific value, copper strip corrosion data as per ASTM 6751. He is a trained Biodiesel Plant operator who is operating the plant commissioned in the campus. He has also acquired skills in biodiesel washing and wastewater analysis and treatment. Additionally, he has contributed to Municipal Solid Waste Characterization, isolation of microorganisms, and their identification.
